Palm Beach Computer Care is a one-person, in-home tech business built on patience, plain English, and doing the job right the first time.
Most tech support rushes you. It talks over your head, or it talks down to you. Too often, it's built around selling you something you don't need: a service plan, an upgrade, a piece of hardware you'll never use.
Palm Beach Computer Care works differently. I come to your home or business, take the time to actually find the problem, and explain it in plain English. Then I either fix it or show you how to handle it yourself next time. No pressure, no upsell. Just honest help from someone who shows up.
Brian, working from the home office where most jobs start.
I look at what's actually wrong before I suggest a fix. I explain what I'm doing and why, using plain language, not technical jargon. If a problem can be solved without buying anything new, I'll tell you that first. And if a job does call for a part or an upgrade, you'll know the cost before I start, not after.
I've spent over 20 years around technology, and a decade before that in operations management: running teams and reporting up to spreadsheets and shareholders. I started Palm Beach Computer Care to get back to hands-on work with real people instead of metrics on someone else's report.
That same hands-on instinct shows up outside of work, too. I've spent years building and tuning cars, including a 1994 Mazda Miata I rebuilt myself: engine, suspension, wiring, all of it. I like understanding how something actually works, then fixing it the right way. It's the same approach I bring to your computer or your network.
Palm Beach Computer Care is based in western Palm Beach County and serves homeowners, families, seniors, HOA communities, and small businesses nearby, including Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee, Greenacres, and Palm Beach Gardens.
I show up in person, on time, and I'm easy to reach by phone, email, or the form on this site. No call centers, no outsourced support, no chasing someone down for a follow-up.
Whether it's a slow computer, a Wi-Fi dead zone, or you just want to finally understand your phone, reach out. I'll tell you honestly what it'll take to fix it.
